Transfer table production process - the construction is seen being prepared for coating in the paint shop following shot blasting.
Modern durable constructions designed by our engineers and made in our factory are a great example of the excellent cooperation between FUD SA and companies from the railway industry. Modern automatic machine measuring 6 m x 27 m.
Parameters: rail car transfer table with load capacity Q =120 tons, HDS A4/M5. The transfer table is going to be installed on a railway foundation with four tracks. The turn table is going to serve six tracks spread approx. 44.7m wide. The positioning of the turn table is going to be controlled via an electrical system and locked by means of an electrical and hydraulic system.
Placing of the transfer table on the selected track shall take place automatically with the use of a radio transmitter after pressing the right button indicating the selected track.
