Upgrades
FUD S.A. offers upgrades on various types of dock cranes and overhead cranes.
Upgrades include:
- resetting operating parameters,
- improving operating parameters,
- extending the scope of operation,
- introducing new technologies in control, electronics and drives,
- better use of construction thanks to increased lifting capacity, speed and durability.
Every upgrade is preceded by an audit. Based on FUD S.A.'s considerable experience, we are able to define whether the target parameters requested by the Client are possible to achieve and whether their cost is attractive compared to the new equipment of such type.
We prepare expert opinions on rail track foundation designs to ascertain the possibility of increased lifting capacity using existing tracks.
FUD upgraded installations reach the desired, or even better, operating parameters. We replace all worn drive parts, equipment and control elements. Hence, the original or upgraded parameters of the equipment is achieved.
