Maritime industry

FUD S.A. has considerable experience of cooperation with the maritime, shipyard and harbour industries. In the past, the company produced around 550 different types of large cranes, including floating cranes with lifting capacity up to 500t.

We have a long history of such cooperation. Recently FUD S.A. delivered products for this market both directly and indirectly, through cooperation with domestic and foreign partners.

In 2014,we carried out a comprehensive upgrade of 3 cranes at a ship repair yard in Lagos. Between 2012 and 2014, FUD manufactured a series of harbour cranes of two types, with lifting capacity of up to 200t to be used in arctic conditions. In recent years, the company delivered complete container and RTG cranes for European harbours.

High quality of the workmanship and our experience make FUD SA a valued partner and manufacturer of equipment which is present in a number of European harbours and shipyards.

Our harbour and shipyard cranes are valued for their durability and usability features, and once equipped with the most modern control systems and drives, those cranes become advanced machines ready to work for decades to come.

Currently FUD is an expert in the production of cranes required for floating docks. These advanced machines considerably improve the economics of work in repair shipyards.
